The department of EEE was started in the year 2009. The Department offers an undergraduate program that imparts basic understanding of electrical and electronics engineering built on a foundation of physical science, mathematics and computing technology. The fundamental of electrical engineering is one specialty area. The graduates are expected to have the basic experimental, design and communication skills to be prepared for continued study at the graduate level or for entry level positions that require a basic knowledge of Science, electrical engineering and technology.

There is surge in undergraduate enrollment in EEE branch. Together with increased management support, these dynamic and positive changes are reshaping the Department's objectives in education and training, giving our students not only the excellence in technological knowledge and applications, but in a multidisciplinary engineering background for the career directions that our students have planned. The intake of the department is 60 students every year.

The Students will be given industrial exposure through industrial visits and they also are trained to update their knowledge by value added seminars, guest lectures and interactive sessions with eminent industrialists. The students are given value added program to meet the industrial requirements in addition to curriculum.
