CMS Educational and Charitable Trust is a non-profit organization promoted by eminent industrialists, leading businessmen and distinguished professionals. The Trust has a long and proud record of progressive activities in the field of education, art, culture, sports and social service. It has grown into a renowned institution under the leadership of the illustrious and committed philanthropists.
The Trust comprises of 48 managing trustees. They elect a governing body consisting of chairman, vice-chairman, secretary, joint secretary and treasurer. They plan, direct and monitor the over all working of the institution.

Mr.M.P.Gopalakrishnan is a prominent Chartered Accountant and corporate management consultant of Coimbatore. In addition, he is the director of various companies and the Chairman of CMS Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Coimbatore and CMS College of Education, Coimbatore. Committed to the cause of education, Mr.Gopalakrishnan tries to foster cooperation between the academic and industrial communities. He takes keen interest in social and cultural activities and is the Vice-President of Arulmigu Siddhapudur Ayyappan Temple. He is also a member of Kerala Club and Coimbatore Malayalee Samajam. He has served as Vice-Chairman before he took over as the Chairman of CMS Educational & Charitable Trust. He is nominated by His Excellency Governor of TamilNadu as Syndicate Member Of Bharathiar University Coimbatore. |

Mr.K.Rajagopalan is a retired Commercial Tax Officer. As a Social activist, he has shouldered innumerable responsibilities like Secretary, Coimbatore Malayalee Samajam, Secretary, Sree Ayyappa Seva Sangam, Chairman, CMS Malayalam High School, Vice President, Federation of All India Marunadan Malayalee Association, Chennai, Member, Kerala Cultural Centre and Akhila Bharatha Ayyappa Seva Sangam etc. As the Secretary of Coimbatore Malayalee Samajam for the last two decades, he has been rendering yeomen’s service to the cause of the Malayalee diaspora. |

A retired official of the LIC of India, Mr.C.K.V.Nambiar brings with him many years of dedicated service to the cause of education. In breadth of diversity, Mr.Nambiar has few equals as he is the Vice President of Coimbatore Malayalee Samajam; Secretary of CMS Matriculation School, Manikarampalayam; Member of Managing Committee of CMS Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Coimbatore; Life Member of Sree Narayana Mission, Coimbatore, a Trustee of Sree Narayana Guru Polytechnic at Madukkarai, Life Member of Sree Ayyappa Seva Sangham, Siddhapudur, Coimbatore. During his lengthy tenure as the Secretary of Coimbatore Malayalee Samajam, he worked ceaselessly for the establishment of CMS College of Science and Commerce. Mr.Nambiar is intimately associated with many social organizations of Coimbatore. |

Mr.P.Vijayaraghavan is a retired Senior Divisional Manager of United India Insurance Company. A multifaceted personality, he had put in meritorious service as the Chairman of CMS Primary School (English Medium) and as the Treasurer of Coimbatore Malayalee Samajam. He has served the Coimbatore Sree Ayyappa Seva Sangam in various capacities as its Joint Secretary, secretary and Vice President. He has also served as the Secretary and Vice President of Kerala Club, coimbatore, the Treasurer of the Lions Club of Coimbatore Ram Nagar, and the Secretary, lions Club of Coimbatore Ind City. At present he is the President of Coimbatore Sree Ayyappa Seva Sangam. He is also the Vice-President of Coimbatore Malayalee Samajam. Before taking up responsibility as the Treasurer of the trust, he had served two terms as its Vice-Chairman and Secretary. |
